Turkey!

I wish I would have gotten a picture of me with my turkey. I have never made a turkey before. I wanted to. For Thanksgiving we are never home, and I have never had the chance. So I decided to make one. I hope I never have to again. It turned out great. But it was YUCK!! I don't like to handle raw meat much. I told myself it would be no big deal. Yeah right. Cleaning/taking out the insides was nasty. Even though they are in a bag, it was still gross. I don't know maybe it win't be so bad next time. Or I will get Scott to do it.
