Couch that never came!

we had ordered a couch, and went to get it and it was not all there. They had accidentally shipped one piece to someone else, but said that they would deliver it to us the next day. Well this was the day that we were leaving to go to Spain. But my sister would be there to get it. So we were excited to see it when we got home. But when we did it was still not there. My sis Doeshann said they came and brought it in, but it was not right. It's arm was on the wrong side. This is a sectional couch by the way. So they shipped it back. So after many weeks (2 months) and many calls, most with no response, we got our last piece. Yeah! And we love it. Also, for all the junk, the gave us this really neat big letter "F". It looks great up on my cupboards. This couch is huge and comfy.
